Composition and function of laser cutting machine:

1, operation console: used to control the working process of the entire cutting device, all operation commands are issued from here.

2, laser cutting head: laser cutting head drive device is used to drive the cutting head along the Z axis in accordance with the program, composed of servo motor and screw or gear and other transmission parts. It mainly includes cavity, focusing lens seat, focusing mirror, capacitive sensor and auxiliary gas nozzle and other parts.

3, voltage regulation power supply: is connected in the laser, CNC machine tool and power supply system between the device. It mainly plays a role in preventing external grid interference and regulating voltage.

4, laser numerical control system: laser control machine tool to achieve X, Y, Z axis movement, but also control the output power of the laser.

5, laser generator and external light path: the device that produces laser light source. The external light path is a refracting mirror used to direct the laser in the desired direction. In order that the beam path does not fail, all mirrors should be protected by a protective cover, and a clean positive pressure protective gas is passed into the lens to protect it from contamination.

6, air compressor, gas storage tank: provide and store compressed air.

7, slagging machine: eliminate the corner and waste generated during processing.

8, gas cylinder: including laser cutting machine working medium gas cylinder and auxiliary gas cylinder, used to supplement the laser shock of industrial gas and supply cutting head with auxiliary gas.

9, machine tool host part: laser cutting machine tool part, to achieve X, Y, Z axis of the movement of the mechanical part, including cutting platform. It is used to place the workpiece to be cut, and can move correctly and accurately according to the control program, usually driven by a servo motor.

10, water cooler: used to cool the laser generator. Laser is the use of electrical energy into light energy device, such as CO2 gas laser conversion rate is generally 20%, the remaining energy is converted into heat. The cooling water carries away the excess heat to keep the laser generator working normally. The chiller also cools the external optical mirror and focusing mirror of the machine tool to ensure stable beam transmission quality and effectively prevent the lens from becoming deformed or bursting due to excessive temperature.

11, exhaust dust removal machine: extraction of dust and dust generated during processing, and filtration treatment, so that exhaust gas emissions in line with environmental protection standards.

12, air cooling dryer and filter: used to supply clean dry air to the laser generator and beam path to maintain the normal work of the path and mirror.
